How to Edit Fixed Pages

Fixed pages refer to the essential, permanent pages on a Chamber’s website that provide foundational information about the Chamber, its members, and its services. These pages are designed to remain constant and serve as the core structure of the site, offering valuable content to both the Chamber's members and external visitors. Fixed pages can be customized with relevant information but generally follow a predefined format that ensures consistency across the Chamber Market platform.

Main Website Home

This is your Chamber's public-facing profile on Chamber Market, accessible at .chambermarket.ca. As the homepage that customers and visitors will first encounter, it should provide a welcoming introduction to your Chamber. Use this page to highlight your Chamber’s mission, services, and key benefits of membership, ensuring visitors understand the value of your organization right from their first interaction.

About

The "About" page is where you can share detailed information about your Chamber. This section should include your Chamber’s history, mission, goals, and its role in supporting the local business community. It’s also an opportunity to outline the benefits of joining the Chamber and explain how your organization impacts both its members and the region as a whole.

Contact

Here, you can display your Chamber’s contact details, including address, phone number, email, and other relevant communication channels. Consider adding a contact form or links to social media profiles to make it easier for visitors to reach out. You can also provide additional information, such as office hours or specific contacts for different inquiries.

Member Directory

The Member Directory allows you to showcase all the vendors and businesses that are part of your Chamber Market. In this section, you can create additional categories to highlight specific members or industries. There’s also an option to upload a membership badge to distinguish Chamber members from non-members, offering a visual representation of credibility and association with your Chamber.

Custom Pages

Custom Pages enable your Chamber to add more content beyond the default setup (fixed page). Use this feature to create, edit, delete, and reorganize additional pages that highlight your Chamber's unique offerings or initiatives. Through the Custom Navigation section, you can link external resources or add staff directories and business listings using the Import Directory function. All the pages you create here will appear in your website’s main navigation menu.

Blog

This feature is currently in development and has no functionality yet. Once available, it could be used to share news, updates, or insights from your Chamber.

Page Order

This section allows you to manage the order in which pages appear in your site's navigation bar as well as create a drop-down menu so as to put related custom pages in. Organize pages in a way that best serves your audience and highlights key areas of interest.
