You will need to set up two account applications through Worldline (Bambora) You should set aside approximately 1 hour to go through them. The application process has a $50 total one-time sign-up fee. ($25 per application). One application is to handle membership payments, and the other is to handle all other forms of revenue through the platform (Events tickets, Chamber Market, etc.).
Payment Processing
As a chamber, you need to apply for two Worldline accounts individually (Membership & Retail). The two applications have different chamber platform fees depending on the account.
There is a one-time total of $50 application fee that is collected by Worldline for the two applications ($25 per application).

Application Steps
1. Before starting the merchant application process: The application will ask that you upload the following documents. To expedite the process, please ensure you have these documents ready:
Two pieces of ID: driver's license, passport, healthcare card.
A bank document: voided check, direct debit form, or bank statement.

After completing your application:
Within 2-5 business days of completing the application, you should receive multiple emails from Worldline. These emails will contain important details, including your Merchant ID (MID) and instructions to set up a secure password. These merchant IDs will need to be linked to Chamber Platform.
You will need to provide the two Merchant IDs to the ACC team to connect your chamber to the platform to receive money collected on the platform.
