Dashboard

Now that you have set up your account, you can access your Chamber Platform dashboard, which will allow you to manage every aspect of your Chamber Market page. 

 

From your Dashboard, there are two components you should verify are setup correctly. Manage Chamber and Manage Business. 

 

Manage Chamber 

Look over your Chamber Profile, including Directory Info, Logo, and Banner. This information will be displayed when anyone visits your homepage on Chamber Platform or Chamber Market. So, make sure that it is accurate and up to date. 

Additionally, anything in the Directory Info section will be publicly displayed on the Chamber Directory at https://www.abchamber.ca/chambers/.  

The rest of the Manage Chamber sections will be covered later in the manual because chambers can pick and choose which components of the platform they would like to use. 

Manage Business 

If you plan to sell or purchase anything through the Chamber, that is what the business side of your Chamber account is for. This section is the same for both businesses and chambers, allowing you to manage your chamber as a vendor on the platform. 

You can also use this section to manage which staff members are part of your chamber on the platform. Select Organization Admin when creating a new user to let them control the business side of the chamber, and select Chamber Admin to allow them full control of the entire chamber account.
