Messages

The Message section allows chambers to manage and customize communication templates effectively. Key features include:

  1. Pre-drafted Email Template: Ready-to-use email templates to save time and ensure consistency.
  2. Embedded Hyperlinks: Easily include links to invoices, webpages, or other resources directly in the message.
  3. Customizable Fields: Flexibility to modify and personalize messages by inputting details into brackets [ ], such as member-specific information.

For example, a Renewal Subscription Message template is provided, which chambers can adjust as needed. This message will be automatically sent via email on the renewal date, ensuring timely communication with members.
